The People Behind the Magic
Wild Society wouldn't be what it is today without the incredible people who have shared their work, their talents and their perspective of Lake Tahoe with us. We are so grateful for each and every one of them. This page is a small way of saying thank you and making sure credit is given where it's due.
Our Creative Circle

Jess Dales
She captured the moment that put us on the map. It was one of the first images that truly reflected the experience and set the tone for everything that followed. We owe a lot to her and her incredibly talented partner.

Ryan Resatka
He has a way of bringing the lake to life through his work and continues to return summer after summer to share his talent. His perspective has become a valued part of our story. He is undeniably talented and we look forward to sharing our next adventure.

Renee Hahnel
We are forever grateful to her for choosing to collaborative and adventure with us. Being included in her travels and seeing Tahoe through her lens was something special and the photos speak for themselves.

Quin Schrock
His work has reached audiences around the world and we're honored to be a part of his journey. His time behind the camera helped bring some of the most widely shared photos and videos of our clear kayak to life, playing a role in how it all began.
Brittany Hansen
She has been part of Wild Society from the early days and continues to come every summer with the same energy and support. She brings people with her, shares the experience far beyond the lake and has played big role in helping more people discover what we do. In front of the camera, she makes it all feel effortless. Behind it, she creates some truly beautiful work of her own. She's experienced just about every adventure we've introduced over the years and has been such a steady, positive presence throughout it all.

Jess Dales & Quin Schrock
Jess and Quin share a way of seeing the lake that feels both natural and expansive, and their time with us early on became something much bigger than a single shoot. On a quiet day just before Halloween, they set out on their own to explore hidden coves and experience the lake on their timeline. What came from that day, both in imagery and in story, helped shape how so many people first connected with Wild Society and were introduced to our clear kayak adventures. Jess later shared the experience in a blog that's well worth the read.

Ryan Resatka
Ryan has been such a consistent part of Wild Society over the years. His easygoing energy and genuine love for the experience is always a blessing to be around. He often has an equally talented crew with him, including his brother Kyle, and that shared creativity has added so much along the way. Beyond his work, Ryan is simply a kind, humble person; the kind you're always happy to see back.

Renee Hahnel
She joined us for a break-of-dawn adventure out to the California-Nevada border for a morning that felt as true to the experience as it gets. The footage from that morning is unforgettable. With her schedule always taking her somewhere new and incredible, getting to share that window of time with her in Tahoe was such a highlight. An early wake-up that was more than worth it.

More of the People Behind it All
Wild Society has been shaped by so many talented people over the years and collaborating has always been one of the best parts of it all. We love sharing the experience, seeing it through different perspectives and giving space to the people behind the work.
Each person brings something different and that's what makes it so fun to share. Here are a few more creators whose work has been a part of our story.

Gia Battaglia
Gia is behind one of our absolute favorite photos. One we keep coming back to again and again. It perfectly captures the feel of being out there and has become one we can't stop sharing. I mean, look at it! Stunning.

Eric Rubens
We had the chance to spend the day with Eric, his wife and a great group of friends out on the water. They experienced clear kayaking and were among the first to try our clear paddle boards before they were introduced. One of those days that just felt easy and fun.

Mike Karas
Mike has an incredible eye. The kind that makes you stop for a second and really take it all in. It was truly a pleasure having him out on the lake with us and we're lucky to have his work as part of Wild Society.
